HPNA By-Laws
    At the January 2003 HPNA general meeting we will be taking a vote from the membership to approve a revised version of our by-laws. The revision up for consideration was put together by Bob Breeze and Niyanta Spelman. The proposed changes merely reflect how our organization actually works.
    A copy of the proposed revision can be found on the HPNA web site. Please visit the web site and review the document. We will discuss any concerns in January and, hopefully, approve the document.
