multi-family areas along Avenue A. We have recently completed the draft of the General Provisions, Guadalupe and Avenue A Districts and hope to complete the remaining sections in December. Our goal is to file the case in January. Neighbors completed the survey work this year and have been compiling the data in preparation for finishing the NCCD.
The NCCD will modify permitted uses and site development regulations such as building heights, setbacks, parking, fences and driveways. Once the draft is ready, we will put it up on the HPNA website and file the application with the City of Austin Neighborhood Planning and Zoning Department. A formal notice will go out and there will still be opportunities to comment and request modifications to the NCCD. However, we would greatly appreciate knowing of
