students. A lot of our student success has also come from educating parents in ways to help their children do well in school. We are an Alliance School, which means we are one of 14 Campuses in Austin dedicated not just to improving the existing system of public education, but also to changing the culture of schools and entire neighborhoods. Working in partnership with Texas Industrial Areas Foundation, Interfaith Education Fund (Austin Interfaith), Texas Education Agency, and Austin ISD, we are integrating congregations, Alliance Schools, and other institutions into a community of power to build and strengthen our school and community.
We are proud of our students and staff at Ridgetop. This yearâs budget cuts in AISD have made it difficult for our campus to provide some of the materials, staff, and training desperately needed to help each child be the best (s)he can be. If you are a business or community member in our neighborhood, or just a person who like to see children excel, we invite you to become more involved in our campus.
