upstairs for the home office suite. Phase One is scheduled for completion in July 2005. Many members of our own Neighborhood Association as well as others have had a tremendous impact in the final product we will see take shape in the Triangle. A few committed and persistent individuals have represented all of us and our interests as residents of this community. Special thanks go Cathy Echols, Jennifer Vickers, Lee Walker, Ann Graham and Susan Moffat, and many of their friends and colleagues.

We want to wish a very Happy Birthday on behalf of the HPNA to Karen McGraw and express to her how much we appreciate and value her time, energy, and devotion. Thank you, Karen, for all that you do!

Development Review Committee

The plans for a Development Review Committee were introduced this month. The goal and design for this committee is to inform anyone who is buying, selling, or building in Hyde Park what they can and cannot do with respect to building and remodeling. Stan Kozinsky will head this committee and is a point of contact for anyone with questions. Notes Stan, "We want to be a resource for residents, possible home buyers, realtors and builders about what the NCCD allows for and what is not consistent with the character and feel of our neighborhood."

We still need volunteers to help out with the 2004 Hyde Park Homes Tour. There are many places to lend a hand, so contact Tour Chairperson Alan Marburger (459-2261) to get on board. ****

    See y'all next month!
