AUSTIN, Texas - May 11, 2004- To ensure that the public has plenty of opportunities to learn more about the proposed long-range vision and provide input, Capital Metro is hosting a series of open houses and community involvement workshops throughout May and June. Public feedback can help determine priorities for investment, new technology choices, frequency of service and locations for station stops and transfers.Open houses will provide the community with opportunities to understand more about the proposed long-range transit system vision through a presentation and a Q & A session. The community workshops are structured more as interactive sessions to provide input.
