The next home on the tour is at 200 West 40th. Built in 1919, this classical two-story home is currently owned by Cindy Agee and John Spence. The tour will then Thomas purchased the house, which was a triplex. Over the last 29 years the Thomases have transformed this home into one of the outstanding homes of Hyde Park. The fourth home on the tour is at 4309 Avenue F. Built in 1917, the home is undergoing a restoration and remodel by current owner Steve Ward.
