at Shipe Park. I encourage you to wear
comfortable walking shoes and to
bring small wagons, step ladders, and
disposable gloves if you have them. Responsible children of all
ages are also encouraged to
participate. We will supply volunteers with chemical
wipes and gloves donated by Grande Communications and the city's
Graffiti Abatement Program.
In order for this project to be successful, we need everyone's help. After the clean up, it will be equally important to continue our efforts and keep our neighborhood graffiti-free. In the meantime, if you notice areas that have been hit by graffiti, please send me an e-mail with a description, address and/or location of these areas to make sure it gets added to our clean up list.
On May 21st, grab a spouse, friend or neighbor and join our effort create a graffiti-free Hyde Park before the Hyde Park Homes Tour!
