The following guidelines were adopted by the City of Austin as part of the Hyde Park Neighborhood Plan April 13, 2000. These are the final, official guidelines; don’t be confused by the fact that they are labeled “Draft”. This copy reflects the final document on file with the city, which apparently has not yet been updated to reflect the adoption.
