The Festival kicks off at 4:00 pm, Sunday October 26, with an eclectic parade from Shipe Park to Fire Station #9! Be sure to claim your viewing spot early. And, if you live on the parade route, feel free to decorate your yard!
Get Creative - Win Prizes!
Decorate your bikes, strollers, wagons, pets, moveable objects, and yourselves. Premier your Halloween costume and bring noisemakers to play along with the band. Get your neighbors and friends to join you! Get creative because many prizes will be awarded.

Festival Schedule
- 3:30 - 4:00 Start arriving at Shipe Park and prepare for the parade to begin. Preliminary judging will begin there.
- 4:00 Parade leaves Shipe Park
- 4:30 Parade arrives at Fire Station, Festival activities begin
- 4:45 Prizes awarded for Best Costumes, Wheels, and Pets
- 5:15 - 5:30 Hyde Park Neighborhood Association Program
- 6:00 Festival ends
