Consideration of an HPNA statement supporting Neighborhood Conservation Combining Districts (NCCDs) and a Board of Adjustment (BOA) appeal (Case No. C15-2026-0005).
The item concerns interpretation and enforcement of NCCD regulations in relation to a development at 205 E. 34th Street in the North University NCCD. The proposed statement supports efforts to ensure compliance with adopted NCCD standards and a transparent public review process.
