Voting members must live within HPNA boundaries, generally ZIP code 78751, as defined in our bylaws.

If you live outside these boundaries, you are welcome to join as a non-voting member.

Voting members must reside in 78751.

South of 45th Street:
Bounded by 38th Street, 45th Street, Guadalupe Street, and Duval Street.

North of 45th Street:
Bounded by 45th Street, 51st Street, Red River Street, and Guadalupe Street, except for the University of Texas Intramural Fields, which are not part of HPNA.

Individual Membership – $5/year
Annual membership with voting privileges on HPNA resolutions, as long as you remain current.

Senior Membership (65+) – $1/year
Annual voting membership for residents age 65 and over.

Non-resident Individual Membership – $5/year
Annual non-voting membership for those living outside HPNA boundaries.

Business Membership – $25/year
Non-voting membership supporting HPNA’s all-volunteer work. Includes acknowledgment in the Pecan Press newsletter and our online business directory.

• Yearly memberships expire at the end of each calendar year

• You’ll receive email reminders to renew at the beginning of December of the year your membership expires

• Student memberships are free. Please contact us directly to apply for a student membership.

• Business memberships are non-voting, but come with acknowledgement in our monthly newsletter the Pecan Press, and online in our business supporter registry

• There are no household memberships; each member must complete their own membership.

We do not share, sell, or use your contact information for any purpose beyond HPNA business.
